Are Electronic Signatures legally accepted?

Electronic signatures have been legal in the UK since the Electronic Communications Act 2000. There is also now the European Union’s eIDAS regulations that were introduced in July 2016 and the US ESIGN Act which was passed in 2000.

What is a Form Credit?

Each time a form is successfully submitted to your account balance will be charged 1 form credit. The form can be any size and number of pages. If you run out of form credits forms can still be submitted but you will not be able to access them until you purchase more credits.

Is my data secure?

Can I build my own forms?

Yes – when you register for an account you then have access to the iPEGS Portal which include an easy to use form builder where you can build as many forms as you like.
